I had a fantastic experience at Rorkes Drift Lodge. The location was peaceful and safe, allowing me to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure that I had a comfortable stay. I also enjoyed the delicious meals, especially the Chicken Potjie. Despite the rough road leading up to the lodge, the effort was well worth it. I highly recommend this lodge for anyone looking for a pleasant and unique experience.

Almost perfect.

We were amazed by the stunning view from our room at Rorkes Drift Lodge. It was truly breathtaking to wake up to such a magical sight every morning. The well-decorated rooms and good quality amenities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We also appreciated the delicious meal that was delivered right to our room. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this lodge for a brilliant and isolated getaway.

I had an incredible stay at a lodge nestled in the beautiful countryside. The views were breathtaking and the tranquil setting allowed me to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met. The meals provided were delicious and well-portioned. The highlight of my visit was the tour of the Zulu battlefields, led by an experienced guide who brought the history to life. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

The rooms were comfortable and cozy, and the communication before arrival was excellent. the location was quiet and peaceful, offering stunning views of the surrounding hills. One of the best aspects was the private delivery of pre-ordered meals, which surpassed expectations.

our recent stay in rorke's drift was amazing, but RDL took it to another level. the views were breathtaking, the staff was friendly, and the tour was informative. we loved sitting out and enjoying the wildlife. RDL exceeded our expectations during our honeymoon.
